What We Do
Find Resources & Benefits
We’ll help you and your family find available resources and benefits provided by both public and private organizations that cater to individuals diagnosed with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD), Mental Health condition, or are in need of Senior Care*. This can include but is not limited to financial assistance, education, transition services, housing, transportation, nutrition, counseling to recreational options.
Find Physicians & Other Health Professionals
Whether you’re seeking a primary care physician, specialist, or other health professional, Interline can find the right one for you and your family’s needs. We’ll help identify if the health practitioner is within your coverage network. If you’re looking for a pharmacy that carries a specific medication in stock or medical equipment, we can also assist with finding a pharmacy or medical equipment supplier.
Dedicated Personal Assistant Service
All plans include a Dedicated Personal Assistant, an experienced U.S. based team member, not offshore and not outsourced. Your Dedicated Personal Assistant can assist you with a variety of personal & household tasks such as scheduling appointments, travel coordination, communicating with merchants & vendors so you don’t have to wait on hold, coordinating with contractors, and much more, specifically designed to save you time.

• Includes 120 minutes (2 hours) of support per month handled by an experienced U.S. based team member, a real human personal assistant dedicated to you and your family.
