Mental Health & Emotional Well-being Support:

  1. Track mental health symptoms for family members, noting changes in mood, anxiety levels, or behavior to share with therapists or healthcare providers.
  2. Send reminders for therapy or counseling sessions, and help schedule follow-up appointments.
  3. Provide daily affirmations or motivational quotes to encourage positive thinking and self-compassion.
  4. Create a personalized mental wellness plan, including coping strategies, stress-relief techniques, and emotional self-care routines.
  5. Suggest grounding exercises or relaxation techniques (e.g., deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation) to reduce stress or anxiety.
  6. Provide resources for crisis intervention and emergency contacts in case of mental health emergencies (e.g., suicide prevention hotlines, local support groups).
  7. Assist with setting up support systems, such as coordinating family check-ins or organizing group therapy for the family unit.
