If you do not wish to have your contact information used by us to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt out by sending us an email stating your request to contact@interlineus.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may reply to that email asking to be removed from future distributions.

Targeted Advertising

If you do not want us to use the information we collect or that you provide to deliver advertisements based on our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt out by contacting us at contact@interlineus.com

While we do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information for interest-based advertising, these third parties may provide you with options to choose not to have your information collected or used in this manner. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) on the NAI’s website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by sending us an email at contact@interlineus.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act provides Texas residents with the following rights regarding their personal information:

  • Confirm whether we process their personal information.
  • Access and delete certain personal information.
  • Correct inaccuracies in their personal information.

We do not meet the conditions as outlined in Section 1798.140 of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”) and therefore are not subject to CCPA requirements. We also do not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, Florida Digital Bill of Rights, or Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and are therefore not subject to the requirements of these laws.
