Arbitration
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in California. The Federal Arbitration Act governs. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.
Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
You waive the right to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action and waive the right to a jury trial.
Limitation of Claims
Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises or be permanently barred.
Force Majeure
Interlineus shall not be liable for failure or delay resulting from causes beyond reasonable control.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit written notice to legal@interlineus.com including identification of the work, identification of the infringing material, contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury of good faith belief and authority to act.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by California law. Any court proceedings permitted shall occur exclusively in California.
Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site.
Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
